December 5 Path of Lights
4pm-8pm: music, drinks, food

Winter is the season when the surface of the world becomes permeable.

Light grows low. Shadows lengthen. Fog distills the visible world to shape and tone.

In this quieting, the boundaries between realities soften.

This exhibition gathers evidence of that thinning.

An alter, oil paintings, sculptures, small icons, and hanging objects become points of entry — portals into the layered worlds beneath the everyday landscapes of Point Reyes.

What appears familiar may reveal itself to be something more: a threshold, a visitation, a remembered dream.

You are invited to slow your pace here.

Let your eyes adjust to winter light.

Look a little longer than usual.

What you notice — or think you notice — is part of the study.
